Skills
User, .spirit, and .agents skills, plus built-in create-rule, create-skill, and create-hook.
A Skill is a folder with a SKILL.md. Spirit discovers skills from three places:

When you mention a Skill in a turn, Spirit can attach its full text to that user message. It does not dump every Skill into the system prompt.
Frontmatter
SKILL.md must start with Frontmatter. A file missing name or description is not discovered.

These ship with Spirit (they are not files in your data directory):
